The NVO takes a 512D vocal profile, an emotional state vector, and a cultural context signature, and produces a structured processing prescription — specific parameter recommendations for every stage of the signal chain.
The NVO reasons across the full dimensionality of the input profile. A voice with brightness 0.72 and warmth 0.88 receives different EQ recommendations than a voice with brightness 0.90 and warmth 0.45. These are not rule lookups — they are inferences from the interaction of all 512 dimensions simultaneously.
A voice with high brightness and low warmth needs a different EQ approach than a voice with balanced spectrum. NVO knows this without being told.
When NVO returns empty output or confidence below threshold, the system falls back to the Vocal Intelligence Core (VIC) — a rule-based system that guarantees a valid prescription in all cases. The fallback is transparent to the user and logged for system improvement.
